just a quickie

Hi all. We're still alive & well. I've been away from the computer the past couple weeks because I have been a meat canning maniac. Deer & elk meat, stew, and broth. Yum! And this week, my oldest daughter has been visiting us from Arizona! A wonderful treat. Gertie The Bloated is still alive & I will post an update about that in the near future. The darn cow is still bloated though, three weeks later. I don't understand. I have so many fun pictures to post when I get the chance. Now I need to go play Mad Libs with my hilarious kids & finish making my first batch of cottage cheese. Then I'll start on hard cheeses.
